RIA Re-Engagement email Journey
I designed a four-email re-engagement journey for Registered Investment Advisors who had been unengaged with the firm for over two years. The objective was to re-establish connection through value-driven, non-sales outreach. Sent over a 28-day period, the journey acknowledged existing product ownership, introduced the newly launched RIA Exchange resource hub, enabled preference-based subscription, and closed with a soft, outlook-style touch. A key component was the RIA Exchange feedback feature on the website, which captured advisor input on missing content and future needs, creating two-way engagement.

This experience (on the bottom right corner) captures feedback from RIAs regarding the content that is missing and they would like to see of.
